I grew up with Cinderella on repeat, completely enchanted by fairytales and Disney magic. In 2018, I had the amazing opportunity to intern at Walt Disney World, where I worked in Magic Kingdom, creating unforgettable experiences for guests from all over the world. That season taught me the joy of bringing dreams to life—and I knew I wanted to continue creating that kind of magic long after my internship ended.
When a friend first asked me to coordinate their wedding, my immediate thought was, “Why me?” But as I dove into the details—organizing timelines, coordinating vendors, and transforming spaces—I realized I had found my passion. The feedback from both the couple and their vendors was so encouraging that I couldn’t stop there.
Soon, more friends (and friends-of-friends!) began asking me to coordinate their weddings. One morning, I woke up and said, “I’m going for it.” That day, Kassidy England Coordination was born. I built my website, launched my social media, and started officially offering my services—and I haven’t looked back since.
My double-A personality (organization is my love language!), paired with my creativity and signature KEC planning documents, means every detail of your day is thought through and executed exactly as we dreamed it together.
Since launching KEC, I’ve had the honor of coordinating over 120 weddings and events. Our largest event to date hosted 575 guests (plus a rockstar vendor team), and our farthest-traveled wedding has taken us all the way to Pittsburgh, PA. While KEC is proudly based in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, I happily travel to any destination to help make your wedding day magical.
At the end of the day, my favorite part of this work is seeing your love story come to life in the details of your celebration. Your joy is my joy, and I can’t wait to be your wedding day bestie!
Fun Fact about Me!!
♉ My husband and I are both Tauruses—which basically means we’re stubbornly loyal, love the finer details, and have a soft spot for cozy comforts (and snacks!).
💍 I actually started Kassidy England Coordination before I was even engaged or planning my own wedding. By the time my husband popped the question at Disney’s Animal Kingdom in May 2021, KEC was already up and running! We tied the knot in September 2023.
☕ I’m a total coffee girlie. My go-to creation? An iced lavender shortbread latte—equal parts cozy and boujee.
🌿 I grew up as a Girl Scout and proudly earned both my Silver and Gold Awards—two experiences that taught me leadership, creativity, and how to make a difference.
💒 I’m endlessly in love with weddings. Watching a space transform into something magical (and then watching my couples’ faces light up) never, ever gets old.
🌎 I’m always chasing new adventures! Some of my favorite travels so far have been to Utah, Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming—and I can’t wait to go back.
📺 If I’m having a cozy night in, you’ll probably catch me rewatching Disney classics or rom-coms (or Tik Toks - let’s be honest) —bonus points if it’s Halloween Town or any Christmas Movie!
📸 I’m a sucker for sentimental moments. I’ll cry at your first look, your vows, and probably when your grandma tears up on the dance floor.
🎶 I’m a die-hard Taylor Swift fan (yes, I’m a Swiftie!). I got to live my best life at the Eras Tour in Philadelphia—Night 1, and it was pure magic.
