Romantic Garden Wedding at Appleford Estate | KE Coordination
Romantic Summer Garden Wedding
Some weddings feel like stepping straight into a fairytale — and this celebration was exactly that. With a romantic garden setting at Appleford Estate in Villanova, Pennsylvania, a stunning floral-filled bridal look, and heartfelt moments at every turn, the day was equal parts elegant and joyful. As their wedding coordinator, I loved watching each detail come to life — like the hand-painted candles and table numbers.
Bridal Style + Getting Ready
The day began at the bride’s childhood home — she got ready in her parents’ room surrounded by her closest friends and family. The bride’s look was nothing short of breathtaking. From the delicate floral appliqués on her gown to her radiant smile in those quiet getting-ready moments, she exuded effortless romance. One of my favorite moments was watching her step into her gown surrounded by natural light—such a beautiful start to the day.
First Look + Portraits
The couple chose to share sweet, intimate moments before the ceremony, and the emotion was palpable. Every look, every kiss, and every quiet hand squeeze captured just how deeply they adore each other.
Ceremony Magic
Set in a lush garden backdrop, the ceremony blended timeless tradition with whimsical floral details. The bridal bouquet, filled with lush roses, dahlias, and textured greenery, complemented the bridesmaids’ soft, romantic dresses in blush and floral tones.
Wedding Party Style
The bridesmaids looked stunning in a mix of blush, floral, and soft pink gowns — perfectly complementing the overall garden aesthetic. Together, they brought an effortless, cohesive look that still allowed each personality to shine.
A Toast to Love
As the sun began to set, the celebration moved into an evening of joy, laughter, and heartfelt toasts. Long tables lined with seasonal florals, flickering candles, and glowing bistro lights set the stage for a reception full of love and community.
The Grand Exit
One of the most unforgettable moments? The couple’s getaway in a classic white convertible adorned with fresh florals — a picture-perfect ending to a magical day.
Conclusion
This wedding was the perfect reflection of two people building a life together — filled with laughter, romance, and a touch of whimsy. At KE Coordination, my role is to ensure the logistics fade into the background, so moments like these can shine.
